Being a sub

I don't know if it would be more fun to be a submarine or a Substitute Teacher, but I LOVE being a SUB!

Sure I have a degree in the Fine Arts, but that covers EVERYTHING. If anyone is qualified to be a Sub it is me.

I have stories too from all the other jobs I've had in factory, customer service, healthcare, and other various jobs I've had to help the studuents get a perspective on life. Though as a Philosopher I will amaze and confuse them if they don't stay on task.

Staying on task is VERY important when you are a Sub. It is your job to keep control and having the visual reminder to "Stay On Task," works well.

I like working with the hard kids, because I was one! I know how they think and that detention is a place they can slack off. Unless they are physically abusing me, they are staying in my class.

The hard edged kids love my paranormal stories. Sure it isn't conventional, but you have to connect with those kids on another level than your normal run-of-the-mill kids.

My talents as a Story Teller, blessed by Nancy DeVries, are very engaging. I can get the kids to stay on task and really like me that they obey me so i can come back. I get the kids to obey when they don't know they are obeying. Again I amaze and confuse them enough to learn and like it.

Life is the biggest classroom, and class is ALWAYS in session.
